Watkins St. sends out a very special congratulations to Charlie Charlie V VanRossem following his promotion to Lieutenant on 01062007. Charlie was assigned to L120 on June 11 1994 from E283. For the past several years Charlie was invaluable to not only every Chief but also to all members of the 44 Battalion. The Officers and Members of the entire 44 Battalion say thank you and good luck.
